Cradle of Filth are an English extreme metal band, formed in Suffolk, England in 1991. The band's musical style evolved originally from black metal to a cleaner and more "produced" amalgam of gothic metal, symphonic metal and other metal genres.

Cradle Of Filth的新砖，但实际上是06年《Thornography》的加长版。12首以后的曲目为新增。封面也很好的延续了上一张专辑的风格，绿色为主，绝望的感觉。前12首歌曲不用多说，延续经典“唯美的残酷”的同时更加强了自根源黑金属甚至传统激流金属的传承。总的来说，没什么大的亮点，也没有让人失望的理由。而后6首，听名字就知道他们想表达什么，既包括像Murder In The Thirst一样的黑氛围式作品，也不乏The Snake-Eyed and The Venomous这样的原始黑。Cradle Of Filth是在告诉人们，他们不但能将主流化的交响黑金玩转，也能凭借出色的技术演奏更极端的东西。毕竟，他们成立了快20年了。
