@justine ALE’s config is not fun, but it's great once you get it working. Part of the reason I have up on Copilot was that I had to do some work in a VM without my normal vim config. ALE and Copilot were the two bug plugins I had installed. I found I really missed ALE, and didn't miss Copilot even slightly. After I set up ALE, I found ALE without Copilot getting in the way was far more pleasant.
