Available on the re-release of "Walls of Jericho".
A December, 1986 picture disc re-release contains, along with a remixed version
of "Murderer", a "surprise track", which is a rendition of "White Christmas"
featuring Michael Kiske! It is his first recording with the band.
Re-released on CD by Victor Entertainment (Japan only) in 1996.
