Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama The Eyes of Tammy Faye. The album features the songs from the movie performed by lead actress Jessica Chastain. Also included is Don’t Give Up (On the Brink of a Miracle) performed by the title character’s daughter Tammy Sue Bakker, as well as a score suite by the film’s composer Theodore Shapiro. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 17. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. As reported earlier today, the label will also release a separate soundtrack featuring Shapiro’s score on the same day. The Eyes of Tammy Faye is directed by Michael Showalter and also stars Andrew Garfield, Cherry Jones, Louis Cancelmi, Fredric Lehne, Mark Wystrach, Sam Jaeger, Gabriel Olds and Vincent D’Onofrio. The movie is being released in theaters this weekend by Searchlight Pictures.
