以"木吉他的英式R&B情歌"概念成名的Plan B，让嘻哈乐界期待已久的这位Uk Garage奇才终于发行了他全新专辑The Defamation Of Strickland Banks。全球嘻哈在美国的影响下显得黑人味道十足，而在90年代末，英国团队组织So Solid Crew则开始把英式嘻哈发扬光大，日后称作UK Garage，包括之后出来的像The Streets，MJ Cole以及号称旋律奇才的Plan B，都成为英式嘻哈的代表。
将电子乐作为音乐制作的主打概念，包揽2 Step，Drum&Bass等英国招牌音乐类型，这就是UK Garage的特色所在。而Plan B不光是依靠与Pendulum，Sub Force等这些Drum&Bass王牌合作，更是拥有最大的特点："木吉他的英式R&B情歌"。
