The Slow-Motion World Of Snowpony
豆瓣
简介
Snowpony was a British indie supergroup of sorts, featuring Katharine Gifford, Stereolab's ex-organist; Debbie Googe, My Bloody Valentine's former bassist, Quickspace's Max Corradi, Moonshake's Kevin Bass and Curve's Debbie Smith.
Their first album, 1998's Slow Motion World of Snowpony, was recorded in Chicago with John McEntire. It failed to be more than a blip on the commercial and critical radar. Corradi (drums) left the band and was replaced by Kevin Bass. Debbie Smith was added to the line-up as a guitar player.
Snowpony returned with Sea Shanties for Spaceships in 2001. Commercial and critical attention was again minimal, but Snowpony soldiered on, coming up with an Internet download EP, A Fistful of Seahorses, in late 2003.
