The K2 Chapter

Here's where it all started - the love story of a label (Kompakt) and an artist (Gui Boratto). K2 was a sub-label from Kompakt that ran from 2005 to 2008: originally meant to be a platform for dancefloor friendly 12"es, it soon became a testing ground for fresh talent, with Gui Boratto being one of the most startling artists to show up on the roster. It was only a question of time, until the Brazilian mastermind would make the jump to the mothership, but these are the tracks that made it happen in the first place. And even now, they sound as infectious and visionary as they did back then.
