The second single from 'Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants', the 2000 outing from Britpop godfathers Oasis which debuted at #24 in Billboard two weeks ago. 'Who Feels Love?' is accompanied here with two previously unreleased non-album tracks, 'One Way Road' & their latest Beatles cover, 'Helter Skelter'. Rouding out this release is the CD-ROM video to 'Who Feels Love?', which is said to be 'stunning'. Oasis will be touring the U.S. in April & May with Travis.
