Kormac's Big Band
An 11-piece orchestra playing Kormac's tracks. A mix of live turntables, samplers, drums, double bass, barbershop quartet, trumpet, clarinet, banjo and live visuals. They've played everywhere from the UK to France to Africa and recently played on the DJ Yoda and Annie Mac presents tours. They'll be touring with Beardyman in May. Have a peek at the video below.
Kormac DJ's all over the world with recent shows in the UK, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, The Ukraine and in Africa. He plays scratched-up, genre-bending dance floor sets. He's played with everyone from Coldcut to Grandmaster Flash and loads more in-between.
He also features regularly on Ninja Tune's Solid Steel radio show and is a resident at the Scribble nights in Dublin. Of late, he's been venturing into the world of audio-visual DJ sets with regular collaborator and mate, Q The Monkey. Kormac will soon be moving into the wonderful world of video scratching.
