My official challenge list for <a href="https://letterboxd.com/cinemonster/">Cinemonster</a>'s sixth annual Hooptober!

As always, the list consists of 31 horror movies chosen according to the following requirements...

This year's list contains movies from the usual suspects (USA/Canada and the UK) along with Italy, Japan, South Korea, France, Russia, and Poland.
<strong>2) 6 DECADES!</strong>
This list spans nearly 100 years of film history, from the 1920s to the present day. (The only decade I didn't get in this time was the 1950s, but there's always next year.)

<em>EDIT 8/31: I've added Cinemonster's two bonus picks (Innocent Blood and Horror Noire) to the #32/#33 slots on the list. At first I wasn't gonna because I couldn't find Innocent Blood streaming free anywhere, but then I stumbled across it for 3 bucks at my local used shoppe. And even though I've already seen Horror Noire (and it inspired a couple of my picks here) I'm definitely game to give it another watch now that I've familiarized myself a bit more with the films represented.</em>
<em>EDIT 9/13: Looks like Lake Placid and Prince of Darkness have disappeared from their respective services. I'm swapping in Godzilla Raids Again to fulfill the "reptile rampage" requirement, and Viy is already there to cover the "bad day for people of the church" requirement. To fill out the roster, I'm adding Tigers Are Not Afraid, which just got added to Shudder on Thursday. I'll keep the two movies I replaced on the list just in case I stumble upon either of them in the next month.</em>
<em>EDIT 9/16: Just learned that Ravenous is up on Hulu. I'm not swapping anything out for it, just adding it to the list because I've wanted to watch it for years and haven't gotten to it.</em>
<em>EDIT 9/18: Added One Cut of the Dead, because it's been on my watchlist forever and is finally getting added to Shudder next week.</em>
Just like last year, I'm also squeezing in three theatrical films released in October:

Every week has a specific theme, and as you might expect those dovetail nicely with Hooptober:
