Utp (2008)

The full DVD of the (already sold out!!!) UTP_ concert. Of course it includes the very interesting, roughly 40 minute long making-of/behind-the-scene featurette 'Try Out'. In a well-presented way it documents the creation, planning, writing, rehearsing, and organising of the event that took place for the 400th anniversary of the city of Mannheim.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. For fans of modern classical, glitch electronica, avantgarde music, or simply very interesting (almost educational) musical work.
If you do happen to run into a piece of this, on ebay or wherever, i recommend you still grabbing it, if you liked it. as it comes with gorgeous packaging, the COMPLETE sheet music, an additional booklet, and another CD with a recording of the concert.
