'Noma My Perfect Storm' is a feature-length documentary film about the renowned chef René Redzepi set against the backdrop of his Copenhagen-based restaurant, NOMA, voted the Best Restaurant In The World 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014. The story is not simply about a chef at the stove, but the balanced story of a man, who came from a disparate and humble background and against all odds, rose to the height of the gastronomic world and became a God of Food and one of the most influential people on the planet. It's a story about what it takes to be the best restaurant in the world, the sacrifices that are made and the pragmatic choices that are taken to maintain its success.
