this short is part of a collection called "La chevelure féminine vue par..." which is an anthology of six shorts by Abbas Kiarostami, Isild Le Besco, Yousri Nasrallah, Abderrahmane Sissako, Nobuhiro Suwa & Pablo Trapero, which was made in 2010 for the french cinematheque and which are all somehow about HAIR
so-called plot from gabbyheinze.com :
the casting of a little italian girl for a part in which she would have to cut her hair, and she doesnt want to cut her hair !!!
I am not sure if this is "documentary" or not
the complete anthology of all six shorts doesnt seem to be commercially available...on the other hand, it looks like all six shorts played on Arte TV channel at one point or another, sorry but i missed them, i only got this one tonight !
