Le jeune héritier d’une boîte de films X décide de renouveler le genre avec sa nouvelle production : TIRE-FESSES, le premier porno éco-responsable et placé sous la bienveillance d’une coordinatrice d’intimité. Mais une tempête de neige va vite couper du monde la petite équipe du film qui tourne dans un chalet isolé. À quelques centaines de mètres de là, un chasseur alpin disparu depuis 1888 reprend vie après avoir été congelé dans un glacier. Malheureusement pour l’équipe de tournage, ce chasseur est gymnophobe (on vous laisse consulter le dictionnaire et imaginer le pire…)

Inès est menacée de se faire expulser de chez elle avec Adam, son fils ado qu’elle élève seule. Elle doit absolument décrocher un emploi stable pour retrouver un logement. Elle est prise à l’essai chez "Anti-Squat", une société qui propose des logements temporaires et précaires dans des immeubles de bureaux vides. Inès doit recruter les résidents, s’installer jour et nuit avec eux pour les surveiller et faire respecter des règles de cohabitation très strictes. Inès a deux mois à tenir pour valider sa période d’essai, deux mois pour s’en sortir.
