かつて、デーボス軍の一員であったキャンデリラとその部下のラッキューロはデーボス軍の復活を察知し、新たな獣電戦隊の結成を画策するが、キャンデリラの適当な性格が裏目に出てしまい、100年前のキョウリュウジャーの子孫らしき人物6名による史上最弱のブレイブチームが誕生してしまったのであった。
