一年前，里卡多和费利佩带着孩子们出发去露营，却稀里糊涂的把孩子们留在了火车上闹出了不小的乱子。克拉拉不再信任他们，决定和她的朋友苏珊娜一起带孩子旅行。不料刚开始她俩就被落在了火车外，孩子们不得不又开始了独自的冒险：孩子们发现车厢里一个神秘博士锁在手腕上的皮箱似乎被犯罪团伙盯上了，而列车员里也有间谍。与此同时两位女士开启了疯狂的追逐火车之旅。
