Spectacle capté à L'Olympia les 22 et 23 décembre 2022. Six ans après son dernier spectacle, Thomas Ngijol dresse le bilan de cette période post-Covid en une sorte de thérapie à cœur ouvert. Violences policières, racisme, sexisme et pauvreté sont passés en revue. C'est également l'occasion pour l'humoriste, révélé à ses débuts par le Jamel Comedy Club, de poser un regard amusé sur sa vie de père de famille au sein d'une tribu entièrement féminine. Loin de la course à la vanne, Thomas Ngijol prend son temps, installe une ambiance et lâche les uppercuts, comme un boxeur qui remonterait sur le ring après des années d'absence. Le titre, référence au film Rocky III, n'est d'ailleurs pas un hasard.
