17岁的女高中生郑秀娜（高恩雅 饰）喜欢打抱不平，见到生性懦弱的朋友（李仁慧 饰）被女同学欺负，她就会挺身而出。然而，这个朋友还是因为多次惊吓患上了自闭症，并最终自残而亡。得知噩耗的秀娜，伤心不已，性情也变得更加暴躁。
威严的祖母（郑英淑 饰）准备替秀娜安排了一门亲事，但是秀娜对此冷嘲热讽，毫不上心。同样不爽的还有秀娜的家庭老师（郑有锡 饰），因为他一直喜欢这个倔强的女孩，并且时常陪伴在她左右。秀娜的姐姐（蔡敏瑞 饰）是一名研究自闭症的心理医生。有一次，她的一个患者居然当面割破了自己的腿，鲜血让她几乎昏厥过去。然而在秀娜失踪后，他们才赫然发现更加恐怖的现实……

该剧是韩国KBS2电视台特别推出的中秋独幕剧，讲述了一位老人从难以忘还的初恋情人那里收到生日信后，一瞬间进入到1945年在广岛记忆中的故事。
在日本强占时期，经历广岛强制征用的老人金武吉在拍摄遗像照那天收到初恋寄来的信件为开始，故事以过去和现在相互穿插讲述。

SYNOPSIS
Han Sang-woo is a rich and authoritative medical doctor living with a white woman, Jennifer. However, his daughter Mi-ae had run away from home, his mother is dying in the hospital, and his wife who supported him during the hard days is on wheelchair. One day, due to one of his patients experience miracle, he takes interest in the presence of God his mother has been talking about. Moreover, his friend, Yoon Yong-won tells him about apocalypse ahead. Sang-woo finds Mi-ae living in commune of pseudo religious group getting involved as much as going to jail. According to the mother's dying wish, he reunites with his wife, Young-sook and awaits his daughter to come back home in Seoul. Mi-ae runs away from the pseudo religious group who use human for oblation. Sensing that Mi-ae is in trouble, Sang-woo and Young-sook pray and a sudden lightening blinds those were chasing Mi-ae. Mi-ae and her parents finally reunite.
