此为查尔斯·维多导演的三角恋爱故事片，剧情虽不新鲜，但演员配搭得宜，也具有丰富的音乐性，看来赏心悦目。本片中美丽的欧洲风景和悦耳的动听的古典音乐演奏会来支撑单薄平凡的剧情，加上女主角演出精彩，所以看起来并不沉闷，只是节奏较慢，情节安排了过分肥皂剧化，显得有点冗长。
