找了这么多年终于找到了这部片子...google大神真是好物！
下面凭自己的记忆写一下故事概略吧：
没记错的是很久以前的一个国家的人因为内乱而分散，一部分在很高的山上，成为科技高度发展的一个城市，而另一部分人留在了山下，过着原始的农耕生活。但是不知道因为什么原因，城市里的生育率很低（也许是因为维度太高吧），那里的婴儿很难正常存活。（这么多年我还记得山上的人的那个全身包裹的可以飞的盔甲！太帅啦！！><）
忘了由于什么原因，城市和村子的人彼此敌对（好像有点像罗密欧和朱丽叶 = =）。
主角2个小p孩，女孩是城市的首长的女儿，我记得当年台版365夜的翻译是心蓝，男孩是村子里的小孩。
两个小孩关系很好，经常一起玩，但是村子和城里的大人都不允许。后来两个小孩掉到海里去了，海里的独角鲸救了他们。但是双方的大人不知道，都以为是对方绑架了自己的小孩。就在剑拔弩张的时候村子的长老出面调停，然后把所有的人都带到了村子下面世世代代只有长老才知道的一个地方。那是一个很大的石头门，门口的石柱上有一个小小的独角鲸的雕像，但是这个雕像没有角。长老从怀里摸出了一个角后插到了石像头上，原来这个就是开门的钥匙！于是门开了，人们跑进去一看是个类似码头的地方。一头独角鲸冒出了水面，并缓缓的张开嘴，男孩和女孩正在他嘴里睡的很香！
后来好像是谁揭示了村子跟城市的关系，大家和好啦，于是Happy的在一起了！
现在想起来，很像天空之城和风之谷综合起来的的情节哈~
