This new collection brings together work created by Sakamoto between the years of 1993 and 2018. Sakamoto uses drawing materials such as pencil, pen, acrylic, and spray paint. Although materials and techniques used vary, all of the 750 pieces, except for canvas paintings, were created on A4 (210 x 297 mm) copy paper because they were intended to be scanned, colored, edited, and reconstructed on a computer. For this collection, we photographed these works in their original form, and laid them out chronologically in their actual size without editing or retouching. In this volume are the primordial origins of the final visual works that made their way into the world as record jackets and much more.
