Silva Screen Records has announced the details of the second soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Good Omens. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by David Arnold (Independence Day, Casino Royale, Stargate, Tomorrow Never Dies, Sherlock, The World Is Not Enough, Godzilla, Shaft). The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 25 and on CD on October 13. A vinyl edition is also in the works. The label has previously released an album featuring the composer’s score from Season 1 back in 2019. Good Omens is created by Neil Gaiman based on his & Terry Pratchett’s 1990 novel and stars Michael Sheen, David Tennant, Jon Hamm, Gloria Obianyo, Doon Mackichan, Miranda Richardson, Nina Sosanya, Maggie Service, Quelin Sepulveda, Liz Carr and Shelley Conn. The second season premiered last month and is now available to stream on Prime Video.

Back Lot Music has released a digital version of the score album for Edgar Wright’s 2007 action comedy Hot Fuzz starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Jim Broadbent and Timothy Dalton. The album features the film’s original score composed by David Arnold (Independence Day, Casino Royale, Stargate, Tomorrow Never Dies, Sherlock, Godzilla, No Time to Die, Good Omens). Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the soundtrack. Mondo has previously released a vinyl edition featuring Arnold’s score in 2017. The 2007 original soundtrack album featuring songs from the movie and Arnold’s The Hot Fuzz Suite was released by Interscope Records.
