汤米和其他几个联谊会成员在一次万圣节派对后，恶作剧般的追赶一个陌生人进入了树林。这个不幸的人不幸跌倒在废井中并且不幸撞到了石头上，汤米和其他成员并没有就此收手送他去医院，而是残忍的把他丢在那等死。一年后的万圣节，这几名联谊会成员莫名奇妙地被一个挥舞着弯刀戴着面具的疯子追杀。
