In the world of Daikuuriku, everyone is born female, and chooses which sex they wish to become at age 17. A few days later after Tsubomi has transferred to Meidou Gakuen, suddenly the fairy from the dream appears before her and pleads to Tsubomi to become the legendary warrior Precure and protect the Heart Tree. However, Tsubomi declines as she doesn't think that she would be able to do that. However, a mysterious enemy suddenly strikes and steals the heartflower of Erika Kurumi, Tsubomi's new classmate. Now she doesn't have a choice. To retrieve Erika's heartflower she has to transform into Precure and fight. Working up the courage Tsubomi turns into Cure Blossom and a new chapter of Pretty Cure begins!

Tsubomi Hanasaki is woken by her best friend Erika Kurumi only to find out that their two fairies, Coffret and Shypre, have left just leaving a note explaining where to find them. Fairy Park is not only the destination of both girls, it is also the meeting point of all other Precures who planned to spend this special day together. This magical theme park holds the Rainbow Jewel, a special gem that represents all of the hopes and dreams of the world. Such a powerful stone is the object of desire of a malefic entity named Bottom who has waited one thousand years for the opportunity to possess it.

Precure All Stars Movie DX3: Deliver The Future! The Rainbow-Colored Flower That Connects The World is the third movie in the series, released on March 19, 2011, starring all the Cures from the previous series, including those introduced in Suite PreCure, as well as various villains featured in previous Pretty Cure movies. The theatrical release was edited in parts as a result of the 2011 Sendai earthquake and tsunami which occurred before the movie was due to be released.

青井和哉（市来光弘 配音）是一个善良平凡的少年，姐姐青井和叶（能登麻美子 配音）的死却永远的改变了他将来的道路。袭击和叶的，是一种名叫“NOVA”的异次元体，为了替姐姐报仇，和哉进入了培养与异次元体战斗的战士的专门学校——杰尼提克斯学院。
在学院中，学员们被分为潘多拉与制御者两种类别，就这样，和哉结识了一群外表柔弱实力却异常强大的女孩子们。其中，被称为最强潘多拉的莎缇莱萨（能登麻美子 配音）最让和哉感到在意，在机缘巧合之下，和哉竟然和她结成了搭档。此外，还有外刚内柔的傲娇娘嘉涅沙（喜多村英梨 配音），神秘的西藏转学生拉娜林沁（花泽香菜 配音）等人。在战斗和学习的过程中，和哉下定决心，一定要揭开姐姐死亡的谜团。

拥有一头青色头发的男主角名字将叫作深井 青(フカイ·アオ，这名字在日语中带有“深青”的意义），是一名13岁少年。青的父亲兰顿·萨斯顿(Renton Thurston、レントン·サーストン)行踪不明，而母亲优莱卡(Eureka、エウレカ)也在10年前被美军带走了。由于继承了母亲的特殊基因，使得他能够看见人眼所不能看到的东西，如粒径为20nm大小的光粒子，红外线、紫外线等等（但在外太空这一特殊生理受到限制）。小时与诊疗所里的老医生深井 敏夫一同生活，现正在Generation Blue（蓝色世代）中。
女主角的名字将是阿拉塔·娜露，同样是13岁，是与青一同成长的青梅竹马。娜露因为童年时的事故而使拥有”ユタ”的力量(犹达，是日本冲绳以占卜为职业的灵媒师的名称)的眼睛醒觉。娜露有能够听懂珊瑚岩心声的特异功能，这是因为珊瑚岩的一部分在她体内成长，从某种程度上来说她和珊瑚岩存在部分融合，但正是因为这样，导致她自小身体虚弱，需要把氧气放入在手上的吸氧器，现与父亲、妹妹及祖母一同生活中。
