瑞奇，朱利安和泡泡是三个即将要出狱的小混混，再也不想进监牢的朱利安决心金盆洗手，作点正当的小生意，还信誓旦旦的跟假释官保证不会再见面！
没想到三人回到家后发现一切都不一样了，原来的拖车公园的管理员吉姆竟然变得滴酒不沾，还妄想要大幅改革这个地方，但朱利安却不小心阻碍到吉姆的改革之路，让吉姆压力大到又开始禁不住酒精诱惑...。另一方面，朱利安三个人又被迫走回老本行，到底还会发生什么笑料百出的大事件呢？
