a review of 惊声尖叫5

HOOPTOBER ONE NIGHT TWENTY-SIX: Had a lot of fun with this one, especially coming off of the previous four films for direct comparison. I like how this one differentiates itself by being specifically about the burden of being a lega-sequel, even if some of this territory was already explored in Scream 4. Although I will give the slight edge to S4 in terms of characters (particularly Kirby), I'm curious to see what they do with Jenna Ortega's character in the next one, in terms of her taking on the wounded-warrior role from Dewey (RIPD).
