Another beautifully shot Polish folktale - even the opening credits got me! I really enjoyed how this story unfolded and then left some things unresolved so that the viewer, like the pastor/professor, is made to come to their own conclusions about what just transpired. I think this may have lightly touched on classism as well, but I'll save that reading for another watch, which I very much look forward to.
