2021 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 11: JACKIE CHAN WEEK Having never sat down to watch this one previously, I was honestly surprised by how directly tied into the first film it was. All the way down to having precisely the same baddie who we saw getting punched through sheet glass in the final scene, which makes this one feel like maybe a little bit of an unnecessary retread that suffers in comparison to the first. I might have to give this one another chance sometime, but for now, I don't feel like there's anything this movie has going for it that either the first PS doesn't do better, or that PS3 (aka "Supercop") doesn't improve upon with the simple addition of the great Michelle Yeoh.
