Hooptober, Night Seventeen: Definitely a less-inspired movie than the original, but still kind of an interesting take on the whole Phantom of the Opera formula with another wildly eccentric performance by Vincent Price. I wish it hadn't gotten so bogged down in proto-Indiana Jones archaeological brinksmanship between Phibes and his new nemesis, and that maybe we'd gotten a little bit more light shed on the details of Phibes' seemingly effortless supervillainy, but as sequels go it's pretty enjoyable.
