窃听大阴谋 - 评论
Watergate-era paranoid neo-noir par excellence. Coppola and Hackman at the absolute top of both of their games, drawing a portrait of voyeurism inverted and twisted in on itself, and of the sad, colorless little men who navigate that world. The closest we come to learning *anything* about Hackman's surveillance expert is when the film literally takes us inside one of his troubled dreams, and even then we don't know if he's lying about that in the same way he lies about his age or whether he owns a telephone.
