HOOPTOBER ONE NIGHT TEN: + PODCAST MACABRE 2022 HORROR CHALLENGE #4: 2ND FILM IN A FRANCHISE Not quite as much juice in this one as the first one, but a lot to enjoy and terrific victim/killer turns for a bunch of actors who I forgot were in it, like Timothy Olyphant and Sarah Michelle Gellar, who must have been fresh off of the first season of Buffy when she did this. As much as I enjoy Laurie Metcalf in general, I feel like her identity as one of the killers is telegraphed so aggressively by both the script and her performance that it wasn't as much of a surprise as I think may have been intended.
