2021 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 28: RUGGERO DEODATO WEEK Another gross dud of a film, more sanitized than Deodato's previous jungle movies by virtue of marginally better production values and actors. Still has many of the same problems as CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST in terms of trying to have its cake and eat it too on the subjects of colonialism and exploitation of native people. The less said about Willie Aames' performance the better.
