2019 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 7: BILL REBANE WEEK This one really takes its time to get going, with a cumbersome frame story and a snoozy treasure hunt subplot. Even after the titular frogman appears (near the 1 hour mark) the movie remains at a steady plod until the movie just decides to dump all extraneous characters and skip to the end. It's weirdly watchable for its shaggy dog structure, but not particularly compelling.
