a review of 终结者3

It'd be a hard task for anyone to follow the one-two punch of the first two Cameron joints and put out a banger without his involvement, and so Mostow did not. I think the premise is actually pretty decent, but the writing is laughable (T3? More like Tee-Hee because of all the jokes this movie has!) and none of the actors are even remotely up to the task of elevating it at all. It runs along briskly enough, though, so I was able to just turn off my brain, sit back, and enjoy the ride for what it is - a swing and a mess. (It helps that the city-wide car chase/destruction-fest is pretty great.)
