Every scene with Conor is a 10/10. Every one without him is… Poorly acted, filled with awkward supporting characters, occasionally pushing an underdeveloped romance between actors completely devoid of chemistry, and strung together by a somewhat dull “mystery.” When it’s adrenaline is pumping and the blows are being traded though it’s a blast. The Borne Identity director knows a good action scene, and hey the whole thing is sporadically funny. Don’t know how this compares to the original, but it did get me interested in checking it out to see. So all in all I’d say this is a good time. Oh, and can we get McGregor in more movies please? Screw the UFC, this is his true calling.
