Focusing one three Most Important Tasks(MITs). Saving other similar, small and nonessential tasks(Batch Tasks) and then do them all at once.
- Set MITs first thing in the morning.
- Limit yourself to three.
- Ensure that one MIT is project-related.
- Focus on accomplishing these tasks above all others.
- Do your MITs early in the day, before you do anything else.
- When you do one of your MITs, be sure to single-task——focus on that task only.
