  3. Each day, choose a task to move you to completion.
  4. Reassess your progress.

若干任务

Focusing one three Most Important Tasks(MITs). Saving other similar, small and nonessential tasks(Batch Tasks) and then do them all at once.

  1. Set MITs first thing in the morning.
  2. Limit yourself to three.
  3. Ensure that one MIT is project-related.
  4. Focus on accomplishing these tasks above all others.
  5. Do your MITs early in the day, before you do anything else.
  6. When you do one of your MITs, be sure to single-task——focus on that task only.
