2019 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 22: FRED OLEN RAY WEEK The last 15 minutes of this movie (including the end credits) bumped my rating up by an entire star. The movie is a badly acted, derivative mess, and the monster is clearly a preschool child wearing a knockoff "Alien" costume. But it does have a charming self-awareness of exactly the kind of movie that it is, without ever losing the authentic dumbness that one looks for in a hilariously bad movie.
