ℍ𝕆𝕆ℙ𝕋𝕆𝔹𝔼ℝ 𝔼𝕃𝔼𝕍𝔼ℕ ℕ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 𝔼𝕃𝔼𝕍𝔼ℕ: Another deliriously fun one that managed to fall through the cracks in my viewing for far too long. Basically a flipped version of Home Alone, with a kid helping two burglars (one of whom is Ving Rhames!) bust into a house owned by a pair of absolute psychos (played by TWIN PEAKS's Everett McGill and Wendy Robie, playing something superficially similar yet very different from their dynamic as Big Ed and Nadine) keeping a gaggle of cannibalistic freaks in the basement. Seeing character actor Sean Whalen (aka the "Aaron Burr" guy in the classic Got Milk? ad, also "Frogurt" on LOST) turn up in this made me realize *exactly* why he got cast in the milk ad: It turns out that talking like you've just taken a huge bite of peanut butter sandwich uses the same skills as talking like you've had your tongue cut out. With that in mind, looking forward to seeing the kid from SPEAK NO EVIL in some future remake in a few years...
