This one was interesting, a soapy 1950s melodrama that for some reason got smuggled in as a rugged western. Although it dutifully checks the boxes of a B-western, with a stoically reluctant gunfighter (Hayden) up against a criminal gang, it's really setting up the confrontation between Joan Crawford and Mercedes McCambridge as an oddly matched pair of nemeses.
