诺斯费拉图:夜晚的幽灵 - 评论

Sometimes there's beauty in the world - love; a majestic, misty Carpathian mountain side; Isabelle Adjani, a great looking 4K transfer with Dolby Vision - that is both worth living for and worth dying for. Seeing Murnau do so much with so little and Eggers do so much with so much almost makes seeing Herzog do oddly-just-the-right-amount with probably-just-the-right-amount seem a little...quaint? Not necessarily in a bad way! Kinski, Adjani, and Ganz are all great, the movie looks great, the score is pretty good too, but I was left wanting and I can't put my finger on for what. I will revisit this one day, and will reassess. Until then...
