异鱼岛 - 评论
A mystery is born from the disappearance of a superstitious reporter during an overnight boat ride put on by a land development firm. Revelations come slowly through flashback sequences as one of the land development employees (acquitted of murdering the reporter) partners up with the reporter's news outlet to investigate the disappearance. The development guy is left on assignment at the dreamy, sometimes nightmarish destination island where answers are seemingly drummed into existence by a Korean Shamanist; the liminal space between one man's reality and that of the supernatural island folks' converge. The movie throws a lot at the viewer to dig through, and I loved pondering all of it since watching this yesterday. A highlight of this box set for me, for sure!
