Eternal Sunshine mixed with I'm Thinking of Ending Things but replace palpable loss/dread with manufactured optimism/hope, while also lacking characters I feel anything positively (or negatively) toward; an emotional flatline. A few good scenes, though!

And now a joke: They really did kill that sacred deer, didn't they?
