MANNVANUARY FOUR: Enjoyed seeing Jack Palance play a more domesticated, genteel sort of bad guy than the usual gunslingers, roughnecks, gangsters, and evil overlords I'd grown up seeing him play. Also interesting seeing Joan Crawford take on what could have been a more straightforward "woman-in-jeopardy" role with her trademark tough-gal aplomb. Takes a little bit of time to really get going in the first hour, but I was all in by the final act.
