2021 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 48: J-HORROR WEEK I found this one pretty slow-moving and repetitive, with lots of opportunities for character drama wasted by turning the crash survivors into fodder for the alien vampire creature. I liked the gloopy (and startlingly *vaginal*) special effects showing the parasites entering/exiting the characters' heads, but on balance it wasn't enough to overcome how little really seems to happen in the movie otherwise.
