感觉东亚小孩从小卷大，容易自卑，经常会陷入“自己一无是处”的漩涡。想一想这种话题可能会发现放在全人类的角度，还是会有很多出众的技能/privilege，也算是一个自我认知，培养感恩和提升 self-esteem，探讨一下这个“其实你没有你想得那么平庸”的积极训练吧。
