Caddy's on_demand_tls is very cool. Going to be making heavy use of that on an upcoming project.

20 minutes lost because...
$ caddy run Caddyfile.local
...and...
$ caddy run -c Caddyfile.local
...both actually start and run, but the latter is actually the correct way to specify a Caddyfile.
