#Gates has it wrong. Meanwhile, the 1 policy change that would reduce emissions AND relieve pain and suffering from #climate change - the Fee and Dividend system - remains ignored.
It would incentivize alternative energy production, make carbon more expensive and alternatives relatively less expensive;
It would shift wealth from the polluters to regular people as dividends to aid them in the transition -- to avoid punishing the victims further.
