I was effectively SQL Server DBA, report designer in SSRS, crystal, cognos, designed internal web/desktop apps. Was direct line of contact for most financial departments (ap, ar, payroll) for implementation/changes.

Hi, I am a final year undergraduate student currently looking for:
- Internship: between 10 May 2026 and 2 Aug 2026 (to fulfill graduation requirement)
- Full-time role: starting September 2026
I am an open source contributor to Rust (compiler and tooling), which makes Rust my most comfortable language, though I am experienced with other languages too. My interests are mainly low-level system, including compiler, operating system internal, runtime system and computer architecture (multi-core, CPU / GPU).
I am open to relocate anywhere around the world and would require visa sponsorship.

going with a "great" start of the year by being laid off, so looking for new job
I'm an embedded engineer with 6 year experience in complex bare-metal & RTOS firmware development & wireless comms (Bluetooth but learning others)
also worked on customising open-source projects for internal use (e.g modifying BlueZ & writing custom Wireshark dissector), have experience with Python development
ideally remote or located in UK/Europe (I live in UK)

Welp, might as well throw this out there.
I'm a software developer based in Hamburg, Germany with professional web backend experience in PHP and Python, and in socket-based C networked programs. I also have professional experience in raw JavaScript programming.
I have personal experience with Qt programming, and with high-level C programming. Ask me about my shell!
I am interested in a new job in those fields, and in expanding into embedded C.

In other news, I was let go on Thursday (startup ran out of cash), and am now looking for my next thing! I’ve got 20+ years of experience across the board from Apple Platform development/Server-side Swift, to HTML/CSS/JS/TS/React/Node, and am confident I can be productive in any environment!
I'm open to Full-Time or Contract, and despite being US based, have EU and Asia-friendly work hours, though remote is my only requirement.
