Time for a new avatar.

This one is from a large wall graffito in my home town of Wanganui (or Whanganui, but I'm old school when it comes to naming the city as opposed to the river and district) in New Zealand.

I don't know who painted it. Would happily credit them. I attach the whole graffito below; it may be found by looking NW in the 2020 Street View image at 39°56'03.2"S 175°03'18.8"E (first alley off Taupo Quay north of Victoria Avenue).

On its neck rides a furry creature wearing a crown and peering ahead using a periscope. Both creatures have large, soulful eyes.
