When I first found the fediverse, I setup my site using #Indieweb principles, thoroughly enjoying the use of sematic html and attributes to describe the data. It made so much sense!
IndieKit was something I tried early on that may interest you - it uses the POSSE (Publish On Site, Syndicate Elsewhere) concept, with syndication available to microblogs using static site generators like 11ty, along with social media posts to mastodon and bluesky.

Initial custom themes support has landed in @conjured.ink's stall software and it's very fast, and very easy to write custom themes for (assuming you know a little bit of HTML/CSS!)

Is anyone using https://fedify.dev? Has it been good for you in production? I have a tiny app idea that would be an excellent fit for activitypub, but I also don't want to spend too much time implementing the federation bits.
just putting a quick feeler out...are you a product person who's interested in helping out with some open source stuff? Specifically, foss designed to help artists/creatives/etc? I'm not doing a full call for folks rn but I'm wondering if I've got moots or other folks this might reach who are like 👀
